On this five-day sales mission to Las Vegas and Los Angeles, we will make 16+ sales calls with receptive tour operators and wholesalers, covering international markets including China, Korea, Germany, Japan and Taiwan. Included in this mission also is a luncheon with Chinese tour operators.

About the event
On this five-day sales mission to Las Vegas and Los Angeles, we will make 16 or more sales calls with receptive tour operators and wholesalers, covering international markets including Germany, France, China, Korea, Germany, Japan and Taiwan. Business comes in the form of leisure groups, student travelers, FITs, and MICE. Â In addition, you will have an opportunity to present to Chinese receptive tour operators during a luncheon for additional exposure and to network with clients.
Included on this sales mission are 16 or more pre-scheduled sales appointments and a Chinese client luncheon with additional networking and presentation opportunities. Each sales appointment is scheduled to last for approximately 1 hour, with every participant being given 5 minutes to speak about their product or destination. We will be traveling between appointments by van. Additional time will be allocated for questions and answers.

- 9am – 1pm: Sales Calls near LAX Airport
- Depart home in the mid afternoon or at a time of your choosing
TRANSPORTATION
- The group will be traveling from appointment to appointment in a large rental van with driver.
- The cost of this sales mission does not include travel expenses such as airfare, accommodations, and meals.
- It is recommended that participants arrive in Las Vegas on Sunday evening and meet at the host hotel on the next morning.
- Participants should plan to depart from LAX airport on Friday mid-afternoon or thereafter.

- Las Vegas Hotel: Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, 4455 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV; $115+ per night  (Jan 7-9, 2024)
- Los Angeles Hotel: Sheraton Los Angeles San Gabriel, 303 East Valley Boulevard San Gabriel, CA; $155+ per night  (Jan 9 - 12, 2024)
- We recommend the group to stay in the above property or nearby accommodation to ensure a smooth execution of the sales mission.
INCLUSIONS IN THE PARTICIPATION FEE
- Included in the price of this sales mission are the pre-scheduled appointments with travel trade buyers; one networking luncheon, and the cost of the shared rental van to get to the appointments.
- The participation fee for this sales mission does not include travel expenses, such as flights, ground transportation, hotels and meals.
REFUND POLICY
- Registration fees are refundable up to 100 days prior to the event start date, minus a 3% processing fee.
- A 50% refund is provided for cancelation requests made between 99 to 50 days prior to the event start date.
- No refunds can be given for cancelations within 49 days of the event start date. Explore Marketing can then represent your organization during the sales mission and provide you with reports after the event.
NON-COMPETITIVE PARTICIPANTS:
Note: Great care is placed to have our sales missions joined by non-competing service providers or destinations. This allows us to provide buyers with a range experiences that complement another. Should a second buyer want to join a sales mission that competes with a buyer that has already signed up for a sales mission, we may not be able to accept the reservation to ensure the best-possible outcome for our participants.
