Explore Marketing Los Angeles Sales Mission
Explore Marketing will once again be conducting our annual Los Angeles Sales Mission. Scheduled from December 2 - 6, suppliers participating in this sales mission will have the opportunity to meet with 20 receptive tour operators and wholesalers covering international markets such as China, Korea, Germany, Japan and Taiwan. Lake Tahoe Summer Concerts
Summer calls for more time to be spent outdoors. Each year, South Lake Tahoe hosts some of the hottest music acts under the stars in their 4,000 seat amphitheater at Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena and at various other locations. This year, the confirmed line up for the Harveys Lake Tahoe include Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Dave Matthew Band, Duran Duran and more. Learn All About Chocolates in Napa Valley
Nestled in the heart of Napa Valley is Anette’s Chocolates, an award-winning chocolaterie that blends the special and historical connections of the region’s vines, wines and culture into its creations. Anette had a dream of opening a coffee and dessert shop after finishing college. It just so happened that in downtown Napa there was the perfect location to start the endeavor. Anette's brother, Brent Madsen, joined from day one as Master Chocolatier and very soon after Mary Stornetta. With the help from family and wonderful staff, their dream turned into a world of chocolates. A few of their initial cream and caramel recipes (over 75 years old) were handed down by an old Napa candy maker. Brent, Mary and Anette were inspired by a desire to blend unique varietal chocolates, spices, wines, liqueurs, fruits, and nuts into innovative chocolate, sauce and brittles creations that tantalize the senses. Brent worked his magic, using the best ingredients, and created an ensemble of artisan truffles, brittles, sauces, nut creams, salted caramels and much more. On a daily basis he designs flavor profiles for each and future confectionery creations. Chocolate lovers can share in Master Chocolatier Brent’s passion for the exquisite and experience traditional chocolate-making methods and its relationship to the wine country.
